About Us

Aliyu Yusuf Dirisu & Co. came into existence officially on the 26th of October 2017 by appropriate certification and licensing through the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC, CAMA). Fresh from the participation in a well-conducted Nigerian Bar Association annual general conference(AGC Lagos 2017), our lead partner, associate partner, and honorary partner decided that it was time to begin the journey of inventing new ways to legal practice in specific adaptation to the evolving global trend of technological advancement while adhering strictly to the rules of professional conduct(RPC) governing the crucial activities of lawyers in Nigeria. From Inception till date, our firm has promoted the doctrine of effective dispute avoidance when briefed about transactional circumstances. This enables us to do our due diligence which in turn presents very little chance of future disputes. Wherever unavoidable dispute arises, we promptly move into alternative dispute resolution techniques predominantly arbitration, mediation, and conciliation for which certified skill sets in this sector remain one of the primary factors of our firm. We take delight in breaking new ground either in already established areas of law practice in its relativity or nascent evolution of legal practice and representation so that effective results are availed to the satisfaction of our clientele.

The day you think you know is the day you stop knowing, but the day you agree you do not know is the day you start learning properly.
